Keep in the know to find out which Real Estate Agent to contact who would not only convince you to pay extra for a $10 T – Shirt but would also convince a right buyer to pay extra for your Winning House.
Also, our aim is to have a common voice of the owners of the Winning Houses so that the special feature that makes it the Winning House is protected.
If you are not selling your house, doesn’t matter, you could still have a Winning Houses Seal of Approval as a status symbol because your house has a story, and it appreciates in value as opposed to having a status symbol that depreciates in value.
More importantly, if your House is one of the Winning Houses, not only you let your friends and family members know about it, but let other people see the Winning Houses Seal of Approval as well so that you are putting everyone on notice including your area Council that your house is one of the Winning Houses that is Giving greater value®.
As such, no one should cause obstruction to the special feature that makes it the Winning House; the design of the house that compliments the position of the block to enable to receive plenty of natural light must be protected from obstruction.
The natural light could also be used to lower your energy consumption by the sun’s heat into your house in the winter – passive heating.
The Council has a duty to take reasonable care to avoid causing injury or loss to another person.
